His Excellency, Jaska Astig
"Jaska Astig had taken these pieces, twisted and tweaked some of them, added a dash of violent envy, sprinkled a few touches of his own creativity, and slapped it with the title, 'Sweet Suffering Creed...' Fools may be worrisome because they're careless, but the intelligent are frightening because they know what they're doing."
Jaska was born on Biogon 12 to a very poor family in the country Alaric. He managed to obtain some semblance of an education in substandard schools and spent most of his off-time studying up on things which weren't covered at school. After observing how easily most other creatures could be manipulated, he quickly built a cult and moved them to a spacious cavern beneath the large island of Arcor.
He is pure human, which are native to Alaric.
His greatest flaw is low self-esteem.
Despite being pure human, he doesn't have much of his world-dominating scheme planned out.
